What can we do about rubbish?
Explore what happens to things we throw away, the materials that could be recycled and encourage others to reduce packed lunch waste. Carry out a litter survey, consider how long materials take to break down and use the information to help reduce litter locally. Learners consider their role in consuming things and what they throw away and explore how a small contribution can have a larger collective impact.
